With the economy expected to add 2.5 million jobs by the end of 2011 as well as a 5.50% increase in residential single family home building permits, 2011 looks like it might be the best year for Real Estate in about 4 years.  The increase in building permits for December marked the third consecutive month of increases - a good sign for residential home builders.  Low interest rates are also attractive for first-time and move-up homebuyers.
