Realtor® Skill Set 

First, you'll want an agent ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. Real Estate is my full-time job and I enjoy it very much.  Particularly when it comes to short sale and Foreclosure transactions, you will want an agent working full-time that is on your side.  I am a licensed Realtor^® and belong to the National, State of Minnesota, and Southeastern Minnesota Associations of Realtors. 

Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc.  I have lived in the Rochester area all of my life with past four years as a licensed Realtor - I have the expertise and track record of success you need.  I have experience with both short sale and Foreclosure transactions.  I regulary attend classes and meetings at the Southeastern Association of Realtors office in Rochester.  I also attended the National Association of Realtors Conference and Expo in San Diego in November 2009 to learn cutting edge marketing and technology tools to assist my clients with buying and selling their homes.   

Third, you'll want an agent who embraces the convenience of technology without losing the personal touch.
